“Kinka-To” Walk

A naked man made of Kinka-to candy
like in the painting by Hieronymus Bosch,
has entered Bosch’s painting itself
and is walking inside the painting.
He is in a vacuum, cold and very hard.
His eyes are made of glass, and he does not breathe.
He is walking on his toes.
While he is walking on his toes, someone is taking his pulse by his right wrist.
His left hand is stretched low as if it is placed on a table behind him.
While he moves, the whole body is slightly tilted forward.
The walking stops, and he then is transformed into
Adam, Eve and other figures in the world of Bosch’s painting.
(When he is either Adam or Eve,
he is momentarily frozen because of a sudden feeling of shame.)
